After that, I work with them to keep them on track, on budget, and connect them with the appropriate vendors. Once the day arrives, I am the point person, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Budget
This document displays every typical expense for an event. I’ve included the average amount of money spent and the client’s budgeted amount. When they receive the final amount for the service, they mark that down and the form will auto calculate in the next column.
The Checklist
This document is essentially a timeline that starts from the first day the client contacts me and drives them through the event with all the important milestones they must hit and each due date which is auto calculated based on the day of their event
