My association with Amazecrate started from its conception as the associate product manager on the project. I worked with a senior product manager for two years to create a truly one-of-a-kind product. From the onset of the product, I was responsible for working with various teams around the company to create a formal process to properly flow the order through the system. I was also given the responsibility of curating the products that went into it.

•Determined pricing, including all cost associated from various departments across the business

•Created an operational flow including all departments contributing

•Assembled a tool kit with all order forms, order timelines, and other documents required

Order Form

This is the “tell all” document that would follow the project through each phase of completion. With information from the client, it would inform each team the specs they needed to work with in order to deliver the product.

Timeline

This spreadsheet sat with the account manager, the project manager, and any other important player in the process. With a rolling ”completion date” it would give an estimated “in hands” date based on when items were completed and provide a target date for each task based on the client’s wishes

Custom Pricing Template

This was created in collaboration with the finance team. Taking into account the markup, quantity, labor and a multitude of other factors, this document would give account teams an accurate price for a custom product
